CANCELLATION POLICY
In light of the evolving external environment, it is essential for you to stay updated on all guidelines, flight schedule changes, and compliance requirements as per government regulations and policies. It will be your responsibility to monitor such updates and adhere to them. Shree Holiday Travels will not be held accountable for any lapses or negligence on your part.
Standard hotel check-in is at 12 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to hotel rules and availability.
Details of the car and driver will be shared a day before your travel date.
Carrying a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Aadhar card) is mandatory for hotel check-ins.
Bookings will only be confirmed after the first payment has been credited to the Shree Holiday Travels account via the payment modes provided on their website. Without payment confirmation, Shree Holiday Travels will not be responsible for any bookings.
Unless specified otherwise in the package, vehicles will be provided on a point-to-point basis and not for full-day disposal. Air conditioning in vehicles may not be available in hilly areas.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodations of a similar standard will be arranged.
There will be no refunds for unused nights or early check-outs. In cases of medical emergencies, refunds will be subject to the specific hotel’s policies.
Shree Holiday Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time due to circumstances such as force majeure events, strikes, festivals, adverse weather, traffic issues, overbooked hotels or flights, flight cancellations or reroutes, or entry restrictions at destinations. While efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives, the company will not be liable for refunds or compensation.
In case of flight cancellations, Shree Holiday Travels will not be responsible for arranging alternate flights at the same cost. Any additional expenses incurred will need to be covered by the traveler.
For health-related issues, Shree Holiday Travels will not issue refunds. Any medical emergencies or expenses will remain the responsibility of the traveler.
