Cancellation Service Charge: INR 2000 per person
An additional charge of INR 1000 per person will be levied in case of cancellation due to non-payment of the instalment amount as per the payment schedule.
The Traveler shall strictly adhere to the agreed payment schedule. In case of non-adherence to the same, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS may provide a maximum extension of three days upon specific written request of the Traveler at its sole and absolute discretion. In case of non-compliance with payment terms, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Any amendments/additions to packaging (dates, inclusions, itinerary, etc.) will be done at an extra cost to the customer. Changes made to the package will be made as per the cancellation policy of the original package and the customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS do not encourage changes and modifications to online bookings once they are made.
Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets. If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.
Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveller.
For SIC (shared) transfers, please reach the SIC pick-up spot at least 10 minutes prior to the actual timing. Any delay by the passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable by SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS. The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeing/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and are covered within the stipulated time period. It is advised that travellers follow the advice of the agent/driver and manage their time well. If any sightseeing is missed due to extended stay at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent/SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS may not be held liable.
Customers cannot change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and approved by the travel agent and/or SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS.
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS do not guarantee hotel services and food quality. However, in case of any concerns, kindly inform us immediately so that timely action may be taken.
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS do not take responsibility for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice.
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travellers due to violation of the rules of the local government.
In case of any currency fluctuations or amendments in local government taxes, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is preset and a specific choice of meal may not be available.
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS is not liable for the care of personal items of travellers during the trip. Any loss or damage of valuables like mobile phones, tablets, gold, etc., is purely the customer’s responsibility. Customers should take responsibility for their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss.
Vouchers provided by SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS against the booking need to be verified by the traveller and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers.
Force Majeure: In case of force majeure events (such as curfew, riots, etc.), SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS shall not be liable for any losses. Circumstances include war, threat of war, riots, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, or similar events.
In case local attractions are closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, government orders, strikes, curfew, natural calamity, or other unforeseen reasons, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS will try its best to reimburse the traveller where a refund is possible. However, it is not obligated to do so and cannot be held liable.
Travelers are required to stay updated with all guidelines, flight timing changes, and government regulations. It is the traveller’s responsibility to adhere to the same. SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS will not be responsible for any lapses.
Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and rules.
Car/driver details will be provided one day prior to the travel start date.
It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card for hotel stays (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card).
Bookings will be considered confirmed only after the first payment is credited to the SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS account through the provided payment modes. Otherwise, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS will not be liable.
Unless specified in the package, the vehicle is on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal.
AC may not be provided in hilly areas.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of unavailability in listed hotels, alternate accommodation of similar standard will be arranged.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (medical cases are subject entirely to hotel policy).
SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking, flight cancellations, or restrictions. No refunds or compensation claims will be entertained.
In case a flight gets cancelled, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS will not be liable to provide alternate flights at the same cost. Any additional cost shall be borne by the traveller.
In case of any health issues or medical emergencies, SHREE HOLIDAY TRAVELS will not be liable for refunds, and all medical expenses shall be borne by the customer.
