Day 01: Arrival in Leh (Acclimatization)

Upon arrival at Leh Airport (11,500 ft / 3,500 m), transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting for vital altitude acclimatization. In the evening, enjoy a light walk to the iconic Shanti Stupa or explore the bustling Leh Local Market. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 02: Leh – Sham Valley Sightseeing – Leh (140 km | 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, embark on an excursion along the Sham Valley circuit. Highlights include: Alchi Monastery: Ancient heritage site. Sangam: Confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers. Magnetic Hill & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara: Gravity-defying phenomena and spiritual solace. Hall of Fame: Army museum honoring national heroes. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 03: Leh – Pangong Lake Excursion – Leh (290 km | 10–11 hrs)

Depart early for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Chang La Pass (17,350 ft), the world's 3rd highest motorable road. Marvel at the color-changing shades of blue of the high-altitude lake framed by stark brown mountains. Drive back to Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 04: Leh – Khardung La Pass – Leh (80 km | 3–4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive up to Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), the world's highest motorable pass. Enjoy 15–20 minutes taking photos amidst panoramic snow-capped peaks. Return to Leh with the evening free at your leisure. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 05: Departure from Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh Airport for your flight back home. Tour ends with unforgettable Himalayan memories!

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 25% of the total tour cost.
Between 30 and 15 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
From 15 to 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
Between 0 and 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund will be provided.

Please Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the hotel’s terms and conditions. During peak seasons, such as long weekends, festival periods, and summer vacations, most hotels apply 100% cancellation charges.

Airline Cancellation Policy: If your flight tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

INCLUSION

Accommodation: 04 nights accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis in handpicked hotels/guesthouses in Leh.
Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner (MAP Plan) at the hotel during the stay.
Transfers & Sightseeing: All private airport transfers and internal sightseeing tours as per the itinerary (Leh, Sham Valley, Pangong Lake, and Khardung La Pass) in a dedicated non-AC vehicle (Xylo / Scorpio / Tempo Traveller based on group size).
Permits & Taxes: Inner Line Permits (ILP), Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) environmental fees, and wildlife protection charges for Khardung La and Pangong Lake.
Driver Charges: Driver allowance, fuel costs, toll taxes, parking fees, and night charges.

EXCLUSION

Airfare / Transportation: Any domestic or international flight tickets to/from Leh Airport.
Monument & Entrance Fees: Entry tickets to monasteries (Alchi Monastery, etc.), museums (Hall of Fame), or palaces.
Personal Activities: Camel rides, ATV quad biking, river rafting, pony rides, or recreational expenses.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone calls, room heating charges, tips, room service, alcoholic beverages, and bottled mineral water.
Medical & Emergency Costs: Personal travel insurance, medical expenses, oxygen cylinders, or evacuation charges.
Unforeseen Event Charges: Extra costs arising due to flight cancellations, road blockages, extreme weather conditions, landslides, or political disturbances.
