Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi + Half-Day City Tour

Welcome to Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city center (approximately 35 minutes). After check-in (standard time: 2:00 PM), you can relax and freshen up. Early check-in is subject to availability. Later, begin your guided half-day city tour: ● One Pillar Pagoda – A unique and iconic pagoda built on a single pillar rising from a lotus pond. ● Hoan Kiem Lake – Known as the heart of Hanoi, this peaceful lake is surrounded by legends and scenic beauty. ● Vietnam Museum of Ethnology – A fascinating museum displaying over 15,000 artifacts representing Vietnam’s diverse ethnic groups. Explore traditional village models, cultural displays, ceremonial exhibits, and even a reconstructed Black Thai traditional house. Informative videos and multilingual descriptions enhance your experience. Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
Day 2: Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc Tour (Breakfast)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Ninh Binh, located about 90 km south of Hanoi. Once the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, this region is known for its stunning landscapes and historical significance. Highlights of the day: ● Tam Coc Boat Ride – Glide through calm waters surrounded by magnificent limestone karsts and lush rice fields. Often called “Halong Bay on Land,” the scenery is truly breathtaking. ● Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – Visit the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le. Admire the intricate wooden carvings and explore the former royal grounds. After a full day of exploration, return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Overnight Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

After breakfast, depart at 8:00 AM for a scenic 3+ hour drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders. During the journey, enjoy views of the Red River Delta with its lush rice paddies and traditional rural villages. Upon arrival, board your cruise and begin exploring the legendary “Descending Dragon” Bay, famous for its thousands of limestone islands and dramatic rock formations. Activities include: ● Fresh seafood lunch onboard ● Visit to Surprising (Sung Sot) Grotto ● Swimming or kayaking (optional) ● Passing floating villages and picturesque islets In the evening, relax on deck or join onboard activities. Overnight stay on the cruise near Titov Beach.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Departure (Breakfast & Brunch)

Start your day with breakfast onboard while enjoying the peaceful morning views of Halong Bay. ● Visit Luon Cave, a serene ring-shaped lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs. ● Cruise past iconic rock formations such as Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense Burner Rock, and Sea Dog Rock. Arrive at Halong Wharf around 11:00 AM and transfer back to Hanoi (approximately 4:00 PM arrival). You will have free time until your airport transfer for your departure flight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Date of booking up to 30 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total tour cost.

Between 30 and 15 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

From 15 to 7 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

Between 0 and 7 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund will be provided.

During peak seasons, such as long weekends, festival periods, and summer vacations, most hotels apply 100% cancellation
charges.

Airline Cancellation Policy:

If your flight tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
