  • 30 to 15 Days Before Travel: 50% cancellation charge of the total tour cost.

  • 15 to 7 Days Before Travel: 75% cancellation charge of the total tour cost.

  • 0 to 7 Days Before Travel: 100% cancellation charge (No refund provided).

  • The cancellation policy is subject to change based on specific hotel terms and conditions.

  • During peak seasons (long weekends, festival periods, and summer vacations), 100% cancellation charges apply for most hotel bookings.

Airline Cancellation Policy:

  • For non-refundable flight tickets, no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

  • Pickup and drop-off from Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand.

  • Private transfers and sightseeing by AC vehicle.

  • 2 nights accommodation in a selected hotel category.

  • Daily breakfast at the hotel.

  • Toll taxes, parking fees, fuel costs, and driver charges.

 

EXCLUSION

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, telephone charges, or tips.

  • Monument entry tickets, camera fees, or local guide charges.

  • Rickshaw ride fees or activity charges.
