Day 01: Arrival in Leh

Transfer from Leh Airport to hotel. Full day rest for high-altitude acclimatization. Evening walking tour of Shanti Stupa or Leh Market. Overnight in Leh.
Day 02: Leh – Sham Valley Sightseeing (140 km | 5–6 hrs)

Visit Sangam, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Alchi Monastery, and Hall of Fame Museum. Overnight in Leh.
Day 03: Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley (128 km | 4–5 hrs)

Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft). Post-lunch, enjoy a double-humped Bactrian camel ride amidst the Sand Dunes of Hunder. Overnight in Nubra Valley.
Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake via Shyok (150 km | 6–7 hrs)

Drive along the picturesque Shyok River route to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft). Enjoy sunset views over the color-changing lake. Overnight at Pangong Lake Camp.
Day 05: Pangong Lake – Leh (140 km | 4–5 hrs)

Catch a stunning sunrise over the lake. Drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass. Evening free for leisure or shopping in Leh Market. Overnight in Leh.
Day 06: Departure from Leh

Transfer to Leh Airport for your flight back home.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 30 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 25% of the total tour cost.
Between 30 and 15 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
From 15 to 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
Between 0 and 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund will be provided.

Please Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the hotel’s terms and conditions. During peak seasons, such as long weekends, festival periods, and summer vacations, most hotels apply 100% cancellation charges.

Airline Cancellation Policy: If your flight tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

INCLUSION

Accommodation: 05 nights accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis in handpicked hotels/resorts and fixed Swiss camps (3 nights in Leh, 1 night in Nubra Valley, 1 night at Pangong Lake).
Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner (MAP Plan) at all staying locations during the tour.
Transfers & Sightseeing: All private airport transfers and internal sightseeing tours as per the itinerary (Leh, Sham Valley, Khardung La Pass, Nubra Valley, Shyok Route, and Pangong Lake) in a dedicated non-AC vehicle (Xylo / Scorpio / Tempo Traveller based on group size).
Activities: High-altitude sand dune visit at Hunder (Nubra Valley).
Permits & Taxes: Inner Line Permits (ILP), Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) environmental fees, and wildlife protection charges for restricted areas (Khardung La, Nubra Valley, Shyok, Pangong Lake).
Driver Charges: Driver allowance, fuel costs, toll taxes, parking fees, and night charges.

EXCLUSION

Airfare / Transportation: Any domestic or international flight tickets to/from Leh Airport.
Personal Activities: Double-humped camel rides in Hunder, ATV quad biking, river rafting, pony rides, or recreational expenses.
Optional Sightseeing: Entrance fees for additional visits like Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, or shopping trips in Leh Market.
Monument & Entrance Fees: Entry tickets to monasteries, museums (Hall of Fame), or palaces.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone calls, room heating charges, tips, room service, alcoholic beverages, and bottled mineral water.
Medical & Emergency Costs: Personal travel insurance, medical expenses, oxygen cylinders, or evacuation charges.
Unforeseen Event Charges: Extra costs arising due to flight cancellations, road blockages, extreme weather conditions, landslides, or political disturbances.
Unspecified Expenses: Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Inclusions” section above.
