This comprehensive itinerary covers every corner of Ladakh: the lunar landscapes of Lamayuru, ancient monasteries of Sham Valley, giant Buddha statues and sand dunes in Nubra Valley, the historic border village of Turtuk, high-altitude lakes at Pangong and Tso Moriri, and full leisure time in Leh.

Day 01: Arrival in Leh (Acclimatization)

Arrive at Leh Airport (10,680 ft) and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the high altitude and dry climate to prevent altitude sickness. Evening free to take a light stroll through Leh town near your hotel. Overnight: Leh
Day 02: Leh – Lamayuru – Uleytokpo (160 km | 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, drive down the Indus Valley along the Lamayuru circuit. Visit the ancient Lamayuru Monastery and witness the surrounding 'Moonland' geological formations. Retrace the route to Uleytokpo and check into a fixed camp or resort. Overnight: Uleytokpo
Day 03: Uleytokpo – Alchi – Sangam – Magnetic Hill – Leh (70 km | 3–4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards Leh, stopping at the 11th-century Alchi Choskor (UNESCO heritage site). Continue to Sangam (confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers), Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Kali Mata Temple (Spituk), Hall of Fame, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa. Overnight: Leh
Day 04: Leh – Khardung La – Diskit – Hunder (Nubra Valley) (128 km | 4–5 hrs)

After an early breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft). Check into your hotel/camp at Hunder, visit Diskit Village, and enjoy a double-humped Bactrian camel safari amidst the sand dunes. Overnight: Nubra Valley (Hunder)
Day 05: Hunder – Turtuk Excursion – Hunder (170 km | 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, embark on a scenic day trip to Turtuk, a historic Balti village lying on the ancient Silk Route bisected by the Line of Control. Explore the unique Balti culture, heritage, and apricot orchards before returning to Hunder. Overnight: Nubra Valley (Hunder)
Day 06: Nubra Valley – Shyok Route – Pangong Lake (150 km | 6–7 hrs)

Check out after breakfast and drive to Pangong Lake via Durbuk and Tangtse through the Shyok River route. Check into your lakeside camp and enjoy breathtaking sunset views over the color-changing lake. Overnight: Pangong Lake Camp
Day 07: Pangong Lake – Chang La – Hemis – Thiksey – Leh (140 km | 4–5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the camp and drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,500 ft). En route, visit Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and Shey Palace. Overnight: Leh
Day 08: Leh – Chumathang – Mahe Bridge – Tso Moriri (220 km | 6–7 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to the breathtaking Tso Moriri Lake (4,522 m / 14,835 ft) via Chumathang and Mahe Bridge. Visit Korzok Monastery and take an evening walk along the shores of this Ramsar wetland sanctuary. Overnight: Tso Moriri (Korzok Village)
Day 09: Tso Moriri – Chumathang Hot Springs – Leh (220 km | 6–7 hrs)

Enjoy a sunrise over Tso Moriri. After breakfast, check out and return to Leh via Mahe Bridge and Chumathang natural hot water springs. Check into your hotel upon arrival. Overnight: Leh
Day 10: Leh (Full Day Leisure & Shopping)

Enjoy a full day of leisure in Leh town. Relax, explore local cafes, or shop for souvenirs, Pashmina shawls, and handicrafts in Leh Market. Overnight: Leh
Day 11: Departure from Leh

After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport for your flight back home. Tour ends.

Up to 30 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 25% of the total tour cost.
Between 30 and 15 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
From 15 to 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
Between 0 and 7 days before travel: The cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund will be provided.

Please Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the hotel’s terms and conditions. During peak seasons, such as long weekends, festival periods, and summer vacations, most hotels apply 100% cancellation charges.

Airline Cancellation Policy: If your flight tickets are non-refundable, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Accommodation: 10 nights accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis in handpicked hotels, resorts, and fixed Swiss camps (6 nights in Leh, 1 night in Uleytokpo, 2 nights in Nubra Valley, 1 night at Pangong Lake, 1 night at Tso Moriri).
Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner (MAP Plan) at all staying locations during the tour.
Transfers & Sightseeing: All private airport transfers and full internal sightseeing (Lamayuru, Alchi, Sham Valley, Khardung La, Diskit, Hunder, Turtuk, Shyok route, Pangong Lake, Chang La, Indus Valley Monasteries, Tso Moriri, Chumathang) in a dedicated non-AC personal vehicle (Xylo / Scorpio / Tempo Traveller based on group size).
Permits & Taxes: Inner Line Permits (ILP), LAHDC environmental fees, and wildlife protection charges for all restricted regions.
Driver Charges: Driver allowance, fuel costs, toll taxes, parking fees, and night charges.

Airfare / Transportation: Any domestic or international flight tickets to/from Leh Airport.
Personal Activities: Double-humped camel rides in Hunder, ATV quad bike rides, river rafting, pony rides, or personal shopping.
Monument & Entrance Fees: Entry tickets to monasteries, museums (Hall of Fame), or historical monuments.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone calls, room heating charges, tips, room service, alcoholic beverages, and bottled mineral water.
Medical & Emergency Costs: Personal travel insurance, medical expenses, oxygen cylinders, or emergency evacuation charges.
